Our workshops are held over three full mornings in Penticton, BC.
Topics covered include whole food plant based eating for optimal health, regaining a sense of community and "save the planet, save yourself". Breathing techniques for calm and relaxation are also demonstrated.
Workshops can be tailored for your corporate retreat or at your own company work site.

I was honoured to speak at the BC Professional Firefighters Western Educational Conference in Victoria BC.
The firefighters were an engaged, motivated audience who asked lots of thoughtful questions at the end of the presentation and the positive feedback continued for days after.
Comments such as “perfectly pitched for the firefighters” - “practical tips I could immediately start using".
I was invited back to speak about screening for cancer (and other diseases) to the BC Professional Firefighters at their Association's Biennial Convention here in Penticton, BC. Thanks to Vice President Steve Farina (pictured here) for his ongoing passion and commitment to educating the members on the benefits of healthy plant-based living!
April 2018 I presented to the oncologists and team members at Academic Grand Rounds at the Centre for the Southern Interior (CSI). I talked about the role diet has in the development of cancer and also how a plant-based diet can slow the growth of cancer.
It was my pleasure to talk at the annual Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) conference here in Penticton.
January 2018. What an honour to be invited to present at the BC Firefighters Professional Association's educational conference in Victoria, BC. It was great connecting with our province's amazing firefighters! You can imagine I was the most popular speaker there, talking about how we should all cut out all animal products from our diets to optimise our health!! (Well, possibly not the most popular, but certainly sparked the most debates, and many firefighters were spotted adding more veggies to their meals after the talk!
January 13th we celebrated the opening of my new physical location! With over 50 people in attendance it was standing room only, and the night was fantastic! Chef Rob Cordonier kept guests SUPER happy with delicious catering that many did not realize was completely vegan.
Thanks to all who came, it was an amazing night and the perfect way to kick off this new venture!
