Green Goodness Dip

•2 ripe Avocado •2 Green Onions •1 clove Garlic •1/4 c. Parsley leaves •1/4 c. Basil leaves •1/2 c. Spinach or baby Kale
•3 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
•1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
•1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor or high speed blender .
Puree until smooth. Serve with crackers or crudités.
Makes about 1 cup.
